If you don’t already have a good reusable water bottle in your dance bag then what are you even doing? There are so many amazing and trendy water bottles out there to choose from that will help you stay hydrated through long dance classes.
I personally love my Owala water bottle because it is super easy to refill and sip from on the go. Plus it keeps my water cold all day long!
Electrolyte Powder
If you want to further your hydration even more I HIGHLY recommend grabbing some electrolyte powder or drinks like Liquid IV or Gatorade to keep you extra hydrated throughout the summer.
When I started prioritizing hydration by packing electrolyte powder in my dance bag for long rehearsals, I swear my life was changed. I had so much more energy and was able to dance for longer periods of time because my muscles and body had access to more electrolytes and water.
