All dancers know how beat up their feet can get after a long day of rehearsal. That is why an Epsom salt or relaxing foot bath is a great way to care for your feet. You can do an ice bath to reduce swelling or a hot foot bath to increase blood flow and treat any wounds on your feet and ankles.

Of course this list would be incomplete without a good nap! Let your mind and body rest with short nap. Taking a 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon can help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the day whether you have class or rehearsal to get to.
Listen to a Favorite Playlist
Create yourself a playlist on Spotify, Youtube, Apple Music, or wherever you stream your music to keep your spirits up during the busy dance season.

Meditate
Meditation is a great way to keep yourself centered during a busy time even when your body is a little extra tired. Meditation helps both your body and mind recenter, and you can do it in 5 minutes or less! Find an audio on YouTube, Headspace, Calm, or anywhere you stream music and audiobooks.
